It's the stock (Japanese) bellypan for the fz1 and fz8 N models. It can be purchased but won't fit S models or N pre 2010 (I think). I know this because I bought one from Germany only to find it won't fit my S which needs the aftermarket (European) version.

that is the same cowl as i have on mine. defo an FZ1 cowl. i have an FZ1-N 2008 came on the bike from new as far as i know

You can buy one on eBay for 100 bucks it comes in black. Can't beat it for the price just type in fz1 belly pan.
