I bought this '07 2 days ago. Just wondering if these are the stock handlebar risers. They seem very high. Also, is this the stock seat?
What do I have here? (Equipment on my bike)

Yes and No. Not sure what seat that is, but I'm sure someone will chime in.
As for the risers, yes and yes the are high. But work well. I cut a 1/2" out of mine. I like them much better. But when 2up riding it hurts my wrists.
That's just me, and she likes leaning on me when we ride..

Those are stock risers and the seat is the Yamaha OEM "Comfort" seat which is their upgraded seat with the gel insert.

How come my risers aren't that tall?

Are you the original owner? Never swapped them out for anything? Pic for us to see?

Yea, original owner, mine are tall, but this look really tall. I mean, one of the reasons I like the FZ1 is the sportbike appeal with the "upright" seating. Higher handle bars are part of that. Maybe they are..now I wanna measure em.
