Well I bit the bullet and bought the arrow headers..any tips on install ??

Just took mine off, searching for an oil leak. Put 'em back on, only to realize I won't be riding until the oil pump gets new O rings and seals, so took 'em BACK off...

Only real tip I can offer is to loosen (not remove) all bolts and nuts, wiggling the headers as you go. Keeps everything in place so as to not put undue stress anywhere until you are ready to remove. Same thing on install....
