Holy shit, I didn't mean to do it, I was just pumped up after a good night, hit the throttle, chopped it, hit the throttle again and wheel is up. I can see why people get hooked on these. I was just up for maybe 50 feet about 2 feet off the ground. My suspension set up and body weight keep me on the ground most of the time. :rtfm:

The beauty of it is, you don't NEED to try, it just happens and a lot sooner than without that flash! :Rockon: Really surprised me the first time because it was about 5000 RPMs sooner than it would normally happen! :eek5:

Hey Brad - speaking of video.........I'm starting to get things lined out for the RTB Rally and I was wondering. .......I have those two bolts on the back of my DRZ (which is probably what I will be taking) but even if I take the FZ1 I can set it up the same way. I was thinking of fabbing up some type of holder for my Contour Roam and I can film people behind me or in front of me. Either way. The reason I mention this is because I bought my camera for traffic protection so I don't really take tons of POV video. IF YOU WANT me to set something up - I can film a lot of your ride at the rally??? Let me know if you like that idea. I'm probably going to build it anyway just so I can film people I ride with. I like what Patrice does - LOL - That girl has cameras all over place when she rides. I want on front/back and then I would be happy.
Anyway - let me know if that sounds good to you.

One wheelie does not mean you have learnt yet. A word of caution it can really hurt if you go too far.

I understand, I've got 4 or 5 in so far. I've been feathering the throttle (letting off a little) after the front wheel gets up about 2 feet off the ground because the worry of going over starts to kick in. Usually it just rides itself out.

Cover the rear brake and use it to control your wheelie
