touring setup and packing advice

Sorry, I often browse on my phone and I think I missed some details. Count your chain links. Beyond the stock length working with a +1, I don't know how many links will work with what sprockets to be honest. :)
 
Just found out I had gilles adjustable rearsets on the bike. I saw aftermarket rears on it when I picked it up but we never talked about them. Makes me pretty happy they're so adjustable. That's one less thing to buy!
