That is a super trick water temp gauge. I wouldn't mind having one either! This would be "Tony the Bloodhound's" biggest mission thus far. If he can find this one he would be named "King"!

Well the gauge itself is made by Auto Meter, but that mounting panel is clearly something custom made. I'm sure someone with a little bit of fabricating skills and the right tools could easily duplicate it.
