TB sync??

Just reading the post on plug check and saw a lot of people talking about throttle body sync? I have done the "flies mod" with copperdawg cut down plates, so three questions;

1. Is there a scheduled check to sync them?
2. How do I know if they need syncing?
3. If they do need syncing, HTF do I do it?:iamwithstupid:

Help, sarcasm, etc appreciated and apologies if this has been dealt with, ad nauseum.

If you hear your idle going up and down or if you have some excessive vibration after modding the intake. On my bike it was most notable after installing my PCV. In addition to getting a sync you can increase your idle a bit to make it less noticeable.
