Last night, I went in to remove the flies and ended up stripping 2 screws, probably because I was using a cheap #0 screwdriver. I was pretty pissed off and just called it a night. Today, I was thinking real hard about how to get them out, and what I did was I first heated them up real good with a butane torch, enough to burn the Loctite and also soften up the metal. Then, I placed the screwdriver in the stripped slot(s) and hammered them in with some good force with a big, heavy flathead screwdriver. Since the screws were soft enough to strip so easily, they were also soft enough to actually drive my screwdriver into the screw enough to indent a new slot for my screwdriver, and I was able to get the screws out! I was so stoked when they came out, because I though I was going to have to go the Dremel route.
