Small world. KU Grad. Lived in Shawnee Mission. and 10+ years ago, framed ALOT of houses S. of 120th along Metcalf/Nall/Head East. Probably all built out all the way past 175th now towards Stanley.

Oh yah Metcalf is past 175th now, big nice houses and a few really big malls, really big houses 1.5 mill + and thats huge for this area.

probably makes the 4500SF custom homes I framed a possible contender for the 1 million club. I also worked for a Fence Company (Burge) and put up alot of fence in those areas (as well as the KCK/KCMO). Maybe I'll make it back there this summer for a little tour and gawk @ how things have changed.....

just for a exit reference....69 (or 169) @ 120st where there was a QT just to the East and Jersy Boyz Subs in a strip mall.....Next to YelloSub (on top of the hill @ KU), those were my favorite!
