You guys are intense. Unfortuantely riding on straight flat roads here in FL is not that exciting.

Looks like a ton of fun.

Loved the one when you came up behind the HD or Gold Wings. Putt Putt along. Definately not mountain road bikes. HA Ha.

Man, I need to move to a more mountainous region to get those kind of roads (also need to work on my technique!)

Still in the first year, but if there is a 2nd gathering, I may just have to take part.

Side note-- I have to give much props to all riders in your vids, but especially the first one on the GSXR -- He is not letting his size hinder his ability to go out and enjoy the twisties.

wish we had such roads here in Belgium...to find similar roads we need to do a first 300Km to get into Germany....which we do in summer when the days are longer :Rockon:

I am curious to know your camera set-up. Are you using the GoPro system?? I am looking to pick up a system from CycleGear.
 
I use a MANTIS camera mount system ... [ame]http://www.amazon.com/MANTIS-CAMERA-MOUNT-POWER-STANDS/dp/B000UKLEUK[/ame]

and a Canon mini DV camcorder... I'm probably going to be selling the whole setup soon though... I figure it'll really do nothing but get me into trouble at some point...

Your a hell of a rider. I'd like to learn a few things from you about riding. I'm in North GA and ride there every weekend. How often do you head down that way. I'm a NC native myself, and have been to Boone many times.

Hope we can ride sometime.

I really don't head south too much... I've got so many good roads here, there's not much of a need for me to travel.... but... you can come on up whenever... I'll take you on some really fun roads..
 
Looking at these vids this morning is making me wistful....

I put on 2 rides this year... one was moving the bike from NC to VA... the other was a ride starting at 5:30AM, and ended abruptly at 6:45 when another rider with us totalled his FZ.... I've got the GoPro now... I've only used it on cars... in the over a year that I've had it.... sad sad sad..... I need to make more time to ride.
 
AMEN! I've never posted any video, but next year that is going to change. I'm within 25 miles of twisty, mountainous roads in NM or 40 from Colorado. I vow to not let my bike sit this long and unloved again.
