Shift pivot breaking

Anyone else have a problem with the part of the shift linkage that ties the link rod to the part that sticks out of the transmission? (Forgive the technical jargon) The pivot that attaches to the rod has broken on my '12, and the one they used to replace it jsut broke today. That's two of the same part broken in 9400km! Very un-Yamaha.

I'm on my third assembly, going ok so far. The dealership figured there was a bad batch of castings, maybe the stock of those '12 pieces is done and the problem is solved. Talk to wherever you bought it. Even if it's off warranty they might fix it if it was a known problem.
