With no jaw protection its no safer than a beany helmet/ head bucket.

there's better aviator style helmets out there, the fact that they cheaped out on the final production means no thanks, i'll stick to the italian ones that are far better (if i was to buy one)

I wouldn't buy that helmet if it was $65 and DOT approved, much less $250+

which i'd buy happily, i have a chrome half helmet for crying out loud! however at the asking price, no. i buy all sortsa novelty crap for no reason if its 50 bucks

its more of the sport cruiser/cafe crowd that would be into that, not really for sport bikers, or those that care about their faces in crashes
