Seems we do a pretty good job of keeping our bikes in shape, but...

Finally finished my mountain bike.... Well, kind of. I plan to get a Manitou front fork when income tax return arrives and a Ti SS frame at the end of the year.

Converted to 1 X 8 for now. Need to figure out what my sweet spot is then I will convert completely to single speed. Already have the tensioner.

Ignore the chain coming off. ;) I assure you it will be on when I hit the trails.

Now it is time to ride.

Brad you've turned that into one sweet ride!!

I need to get back on my mountain bike.

Missed about 2 months from my cross fit routine, but started up a cardio thing with some friends this last week, I want to trim down a bit, I built up some muscle mass in Cross Fit.

The hardest part is changing my intake.

Did a 61.5 mile bike ride today as part of my training fopr the MS150. Brutal winds along the coast. Avereaged 13.88 mph which I am proud of due to the wind. Burned 4254 calories.

Pretty easy on te splits to see where we had the wind at our backs and where the wind was most brutal.
