What is the best way to secure and carry an extra helmet to my FZ-1?

For instance; I want to bring my boy's helmet with me when I pick him up from school so he can ride home with me. I have a backpack that carries helmets, but my son will already have his backpack from school; plus my size backpack would not fit him. Lol.

Curious your thoughts and suggestions?

They make a Bungee Cargo Netting that will work. I used to bring my son's helmet that way. Just place the helmet on the passenger pillion and drape the netting over it and secure it to the passenger peg assembly and undertail by the rear turn signals.

:+1: for cargo net. im sure its not the best or safest way but i have just used the chin strap and strapped it to the grab rails. it doesnt move much when tightened down and its quick and easy. again probably not ideal though
