Joking...I wear a Speed & Strength jacket (Red/White/Black) and Scorpion EXO-700 Predator (Red/Gray).
I don't wear a reflective vest if that's what you are looking for.

reflective rim stripes. red,white and black reflective tape on helmet,boot heals, strip on the subframe, be seen, or be roadkill..

Sometimes I feel like I should be wearing "hunter orange" but I have four differenct jackets I wear depending on the weather and how I feel at the time. Some are pretty colorful and some are pretty bland. I always have my lights on and I use warning stop lights in the rear. I still have people pull out or turn in front of me and I accept the fact that it will happen. If a driver says they didn't see your headlights I doubt they would have seen color in a jacket or suit. I do agree it's a good idea to be colorful, it's just not fool-proof.
