Road Trippin!

So on Sunday morning at 6 am one of my employees and I hit the road. We flew from OKC via Detroit to Elmira, NY to teach.

Then we drove almost 400 miles to Clarksburg, WV. What a beautiful drive. I imagined myself on the Guzzi blazing along at 105 mph.

We taught the next morning then drove to Canton, OH.

We saw "traditional" American farms, rolling hills, for hundreds of miles.

Then we flew back to OKC this afternoon after teaching in Canton.

Next Sunday it's San Antonio, then Ft. Worth and Shreveport.

Lots of miles, yet meeting many good people!

Wow that some crazy traveling!

It's a long trip but fun. I'd never driven through that part of the US before. Very pretty.

We are rolling out a new performance management system at work and this is the first of three phases of training.
