Rear Suspension Thoughts...

i havent a problem with the OEM rear shock , it is on the plush side of things (typical for a road bike) . but it holds up to my riding style or demands without to much of a problem , although if i was to do regular track days i'd be inclined to get a stiffer shock to replace it e.g WP or Ohlin's etc & replace the front fork spring's & re-valve em @ the same time .

i think that after 40.000km , it will need re-valving!!

or you must change it, rear and front together for right behavior of all machine!!

big role of course and we do not forget they is that we drive and which requirement we have!!;)

Mine's abt 10 months old and have clocked 18000 km. It's plush... and softening everyday. Started off with 3/7 clicks. Now it's up to 5/7 clicks. :(

The preload is actually OK. It's the compression damping that's bothering me....

It squats when I power it out of a corner, and on mildly bumpy... or roads with mild dips and crests, it feels like a pogo.
