Rear brake hose inspection Gen 1

Today while adjusting my dog bones, I noticed that the rear brake hose was touching the rear wheel rim. The hose was mis-positioned and had started to chafe the hose. I loosened the fitting and reposition the hose. My bike may not be the only one with this issue, so gen 1 owners should check their bikes.

That line is crazy close to the rear wheel! I check mine often since I first noticed it.

Just pull the line up through the rubber bushings to give you an inch or so of clearance. Newbie...enjoying all the helpful info.

Spirap the hose at that area, mount the hose properly near the swingarm Right inboard side.
