Quick dumb question: Rim Tape stock or no?

I added the reflective kind. Not only that I added some inverted tank stripes on the tail...

I think I saw your bike or something similar that made me want to get red handles, caps and a couple other things. I think the accents look pretty sick - it is hard to find the exact colors though online...
