Have an 09 that I got in an auction. Bike gets spark, has new fuel pump, fuel pump relay and ECU but pump doesn’t come on. Getting Error 4 code from ECU but not sure where the issue is. Fuel pump relay is getting power but no power to pump, not sure what to do at this point
