Mate of mine got taken out in the exact situation, came around a bend 4x4 towing trailer partially in his lane, car corrected but in doing so trailer flicked out, and hit him, broken ribs, punctured lung and lost a finger and totalled his bike, you were lucky

Klurejr makes an excellent point. The GoPro lens makes thing look further away than they are. I'm still crapping out seat cover.
