I'm from Canada and currently ride an 07 R6.

Welcome to the Forum. If you already have a R6, you already have a sense of what these bikes can do, but the FZ1 has a lot more low-end grunt than the 600 version and when you go WOT, you get there a lot faster. If you want some info from a non-biased bunch, find the Cycle World or equivalent road test and check out what they had to say. It's pretty positive.
