Not sure if I can post these, since the forum requires you to be a vendor to advertise, but this is a popular mod for the R1 and R6's plus you end up having a spare key.
Here are what the euro keys look like.
Comparison to the US Spec key. (Don't mind the Honda key on the right)

You can make a copy of US keys because they don't have chips inside of them, but outside the US you would have to check to see if they have a immobilizer chip.
