been browsing around here lately since buying my new (to me) FZ1. I love this bike and hope to learn alot from this site. A couple mods already started but im sure many more to follow. 2007 FZ1 with the retro kit

thanks for the compliments! not sure which color it started i havent searched yet tho. today i got my flush mounts and sliders installed. Next on the list is bar-end mirrors to continue the 'clean' look

yea i understand, but im more into the 'cruising' side as opposed to speed, and this bike is very fun and comfortable. I was actually looking for a 600 but my brother offered me this one and i couldnt pass it up.

Well if you're into cruising this I'd say this is a much better bike than a 600. You don't have to change gears as often, and you can easily pass people on the freeway in 6th without having to pull a couple downshifts.

Welcome Goldie nice looking bike. How bright are your turn signals could you post a pic of them on please?I want to put flushmounts on but I am worried about being not being seen

ya... thats what they all say.

haha we'll see how long it lasts i guess. but its definitely a fun bike

Lonney ill get a pic as soon as i can, theyre not the brightest since theyre smoked, they hyperflash cause i dont have resistors but im hoping thatll make them more noticeable to others. at night time they are fine as far as brightness
