got one thanks!

Actually I found it a little cheaper at parts express.com (EDIT: yeah what haileyan said) but I havent bought anything from them so we shall see how their service is. Where do you aim to mount this? I was personally thinking about mounting it on the right black panel just under the throttle hand.

I'm going to mount it on the fairing insert, just not sure of which side I'm gonna choose. I'll wait to get it first and see which side has the best clearance.

It's probably about the same on either side, but I would go with the left side one. This way if you have to adjust/plug/unplug something while riding you don't have to take your hand off the throttle.

I have the hi/lo/off button for my grip warmers on the left side and it just makes it easy to turn them on or off while riding.

Where ever you mount it, be SURE that any adapter that is plugged in will have clearance for turning lock to lock. Some ciggy adapters are quite long like my garmin. If I'm not careful, I could mount the tap, plug it in and without checking, turn the first corner out of the garage and snap something off. :D Good tip to know...

Unless things have changed Billy's FZ has a throttle lock. He has options. lol

New parts arrived today! The pile is growing. Just a few more things and I'll be set for the season!

Well, after opening the RAM Mount, I realized that I ordered the cradle for the Nuvi 250W. The only problem with that is I own the Nuvi 250, not the wider model. What a "bonehead" move I did. I emailed the seller to see if I could send it back for the proper cradle. Other than that, everything is looking good.

I shipped back the cradle to the RAM Mount guys this morning. They instantly sent me an RMA and made things real easy. I should have the correct cradle by next Monday or so. In the meantime I received the All Balls Bearing set today. I even got a new decal for my fairing! They look really nice.

When we pull her apart Billy, we have to be careful of the top seal for the bearings. A few people have complained that the seal sent with the All Balls is smaller than the stock and doesn't cover to the edges so they've reused their original seal. Just something to keep in mind. :D

Getting CLOSER!!! :D This is going to be COOL! Cannot wait. Is Richie still reluctant to ride up?

Well, at this time he's kinda on the fence. Where he's gonna fall is yet to be seen. I understand that its a long ride, but we've ridden 3 hours to the AMA races last September with no issues. If I have to stop twice I'll do it. I'll work on him a bit in the coming two weeks and see what I can do. Good observation on the seal. I'm sure we will definitely come up up a decent gameplan before disassembly. I'm pretty methodical when it comes to working on the bike or my car so I don't foresee any problems.

Almost done with getting all my parts! The Waterproof Socket and Plug came today, as well as my .99 cent Brand New MotoGp 08' for PC. That was a great score. The package came brand new sealed with a BestBuy label marked $29.99 on it. No one else bid on it so I got it for a cool buck and 3 bucks to ship. NICE!
