To post a pic inline with the text, you can either use the BB code

for a picture that's already on the web, like Flickr, Picasa, etc. Make sure to choose a medium size picture so it isn't too big to be displayed properly.

Or you can use the 'attachment' if you scroll down to the Additional Options section and click on "Manage Attachments" button. With the 'attachments' button, you can upload pics from your HDD to the forum. They will then appear in thumbnails at the bottom.

If you want to see how others do it, just click on "Quote" button at the bottom right of the post. You'll see in the quoted text how they did it.
