Need help

I just got my old 2001 fz1 back from my brother but I don't know if I want it looking stock or make it a streetfighter.It will be my street bike for around town and some longer rides say 300 miles or so.
Help me out guys/gals.
 
Street fighter.........
After I went down, I cut my cowl around the lights so I could keep a screen on.....best thing I did.
I use the bike for a yearly trip to the dragon, and a 200 miler once a month. And maybe to work every two weeks or so.
I've had a new cowl sitting in the garage for a year already.....like it naked.
 
It needs some work but its not too bad.
Its painted viper gts blue now and has all the main plastics again.
It still runs good for 35k miles and nitrous ran though it since 19k miles.It smokes some but its not bad concetering the abuce the bike has been though.
 
:poke: :rant: won't talk about the jeans and t-shirt shot...


I'd say, for longer rides, you're going to want more protection (fairings, windscreen, etc.), if you just wanted her for around town or what-not, then street-fighter her.

You could always street fighter her and keep an eye out for a second ride for longer trips.
