naked v. faired passenger seat unit - gen II

I noticed the passenger seat unit on the faired bike is more comfy than the naked version. Can you inter-change these? Are the sub frames the same? Can you change the whole seat unit (so as to get the grab handles) ? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd think so it is the same subframe, but not 100% sure. Best to check with your Yamaha dealer...and let me know.

you just can't interchange the rear seat the faired is to different to the naked one (longer, larger )
