Moving the headlight forward?

Hey guys! I received a pair of clip on handlebars from a member of the FZ10A forums a while ago. Thing is, I believe that they will run right into the headlight config of my bike (its NAKED!).

While this is not my bike, the bracket where the signals are coming out of, is what I will be running into with the clip ons.

Does anyone know a way to move the whole thing, (signal bracket and headlight itself) forward so that I can mount these things?

Edit: like I said, this is not my bike, the only thing that looks relatively the same is the naked conversion.
