That video showed more of a "I didn't look but rather decided at the last second I needed to turn left here so I just went for it, who need the middle turn lane anyway?"


When people claim They didn't see someone, it is because they did not bother to look first. Yes, there are the rare cases when the person they did not see was doing 100mph and ones ability to judge time and distance might be off, but that is the rare case.
