Low rise handle bars

I'm an old ass biker ,just bought an fz1 2007 9500 mi I need to raise bars 2" does anyone know of any that will bolt right on with out rerouting all the cables?
I watch a vid on someone doing the bars I want but he had to tear that bike down. to much trouble and I don't want to go that far. I also would like to get a pipe has anyone tried the IXrace E27? sounds bad ass to me.

You can buy riser inserts and keep the stock cables.

I just finished raising the stock bars on my ‘07 FZ1. I purchased Rox Risers 2” risers. I had to reroute the throttle cable under the gas tank. (Remove both side fairings, lift tank with 2x4/hammer, remove air box) After getting the throttle cable done, I then started on the brake cable. I loosened the bolt that fastens the triage to the bike behind the headlights. I then bent the tab on the triage to allow it to bend and give more slack. I then tightened the bolt again. I put everything back the way it was and tested the newly raised bars. Love it! I feel I can ride all day now :]
