Looking for purchase advice

I'm looking to go and purchase this 06 FZ1 with 7500 miles on it. Stator already upgraded and the guy is throwing in a new ZX10RR rear shock. It also has a power commander installed. He was asking 5k (I'm in the South Texas market where for whatever reason bike prices are super inflated) and I got him to 4800. What do y'all think? I'm going to replace the ali express pipe with an akrapovic.

Mods abound! Rearsets, Brake Lines, Seats, Carbon Fiber, Fairings, Muffler (Cat Gutted?), Rear Sliders, Tail Lamp, Signals, Mirrors, Phone Mount, Tank Pads, Windscreen, Bar Risers! Hopefully has a sprocket change. Not much left other than suspension. Check out the frame welds and hope it wasn't airborne too often! The price is a bit premium but you get the works and low mileage! Tires look fairly new! Nice Machine!

I posted in the FZ1 subreddit and got mostly people saying that the plastidipped parts and new gas tank had to have meant it was crashed lol I appreciate the more positive response.
