Looking for brighter bulbs

You can't go wrong with the Osrams or the Philips, both are rated at the top of the pile.

true............but to add another to the mix the osram is good! but .................if they are cheaper than the philips then get em but to be honest the philips are better as they have a better spread of light as was tested in ride magazine april 2010.Plus coupled with the fazer's lenses they are really super!! I ride with them and love them after these the newer version (vision I think) which are 100% brighter.

I've been mulling over HIDs too, but it seems that putting them on will probably cause glare for everyone else in front of me.

I do want a really white light though. Something in the order of 5000K.

Are the Philips Crystal Vision Ultra bulbs bright?

HIDs rock and have perfect cutoff on the gen2 reflectors without getting too hot at all. Don't see a difference in heat from stock.

went from stock H4 Phillips 60/55w bulbs to Hella H4 100/80w bulbs

was almost 2 yrs ago, love the light, no real extra heat i can see,feel.

low beams are good,, high beams are my fazer lasers...:nana:
