Little orange pieces in coolant after flush

Has anyone had this happen? I recently flushed and changed my coolant and I don't know if this got in from an outside source or if this came in from the drain bolt or from a tube. It wasn't noticeable until after I was draining the old coolant that was in the drain pan into a jug. I did this outside on a windy day so it could be anything but I just wanted to ask to be sure. I don't have anymore coolant to drain it to check again but I can do so if that is what is recommended. There were only maybe 5 of these pieces.

I've seen orange thread lock before, too, which crumbles and falls apart into little rubbery/doughy pieces. Not sure if any would be used near enough anything to fall into your coolant though. Sealant sounds pretty likely (as stated above).

I think that is or was exactly what it was. When the drain bolt fell into the coolant, I think it washed it off prior to me picking it up out of the drain pan.
