Think Long term

It is hard to see down the road, long term when landscaping. I have seen the result of what happens when you overfill to make it look great, right now with a former show home at the end of my street. 15 years later it looks a total mess of over crowded trees and shrubs.

Annual ground cover plants help fill in until what you envision matures enough. That and nice looking mulch.

Geez Pete, if your going to stay home all day and play with plants I'll rack up some miles on that new ride for ya!

My yard looks crappy after winter but it'll have to wait, today was too nice not to ride :)
