Just wanted to show off my bike..

Hey guys, I know some of you watched my engine swap thread pretty closely, and I have become rather proud of my fz1 in the recent few weeks. I just wanted to post up some pics and info on it.

Heres the details.
ohlins OES kit in front forks,
Penske double rear shock (currently set up for 175 lb rider),
Factory huger option (painted to match)
Factory titanium option handlebar
Factory option larger wind screen
Braided break lines,
Magura Master Cylinder
LSL rear sets (with optional folding pegs)
Devil fender eliminator with integrated turn signals (painted to match)
Ivan's jet kit
Ivan's AIS removal kit
Dyno tuned to the LeoVinci Titanium Hi-Swept exhaust slip on, 136 hp at the rear wheel (with stock gearing, and the previous engine.)

Nice looking bike.
I really like that high rise mid-pipe but I noticed that you are not running the Holeshot Slip On. Did you buy that pipe separately and add the Leo Vance?
I'm looking to do the same with my M4 but when I emailed Dale Walker he said that Holeshot cannot sell just the pipe (due to limited production).

Thanks, that's all leo vince. The made a high mount one point. I don't know if its still offered or not. I did a quick google search and I found one on another forum for sale, but its from 2009 :-(

Not much of a track guy billy. Im pretty mellow when I ride. I do enjoy mediocre paced twisties, but i still don't excede the speed limits. My job requires me to drive and im a Cdl holder.

we do! Its a b&n rattler on a 59 bug chassis shortened 15 inchs. We inherited it from my soon to be wifes grandfather when he passed. It needs alittle clutch work at the moment. I put floor pans in last year and re wired it. paint isn't pretty but it sure is fun.

Count me in, mounting new Pirellis Tuesday. Need some miles to scuff em in. We need to get a ride in Stretch.

Sounds good to me. I would bet the rideing is better down by you guys. I would love to get some pointers regarding the twisties.

Best advice i can give you , is to ride at your own pace, and have fun! We have some mediocre twisites around here, but go an hour south and its a playground.

The only other thing I would like to add to my fz1 is a steering damper. Anyone have any suggestions?
