The video is most definitely not real...but the concept is, i'm sure, real. The high-speed trains use electromagnets.

The car is def not for real.....this tech is being used in mag-lev trains, and quite successfully, but that is a captured system, completely diff than what was shown in this clip.

Cool video, but not feasible. Much effort has been expended to develop hovercraft vehicles and they are all large inefficient and expensive. This thing defies physics and would flip over in turns if it ever got off the ground.
