Did Johnny On The Rocks have two Track Days this past weekend, one of which it was raining, and we didn't get any Track Day Reports?????? :spank2:


What gives pal???? I hope your not mad cause I didn't show up at NJMP???

Thanks for the concern Billy. I've felt bad about posting to many Tday pictures of Tbolt over and over. I have some hanging out in the pits photos I have to upload but nothing new significant. I do have some video but until I hit blue group its just more of me going around Tbolt. When I get to a different track Ill get some new stuff up or if I can get Pete and Jeff out there with me Ill grab some video of them or any other FZ1 member I can get to go with me.

As for the weekend I had a coach that Ive been getting to know to take me under his wing and on Saturday with his help I had the body position epiphany. Just that change saves me like 15 feet of track on my exits left to play with so its time to add more throttle.

Sunday was the big learning day. All out rain and a super wet track and hardly anyone on it. Bret my coach convinced me to stay, I was about to bail. I'm glad I did what a amazing learning experience. He gave me a tow the first two sessions. By the forth session we power sliding everywhere. I will never cancel on a rain date. God I hate to say it but Dustin might be on to something with these wet Tdays.

They did end up shutting down the track at around noon so I'm hoping to get a 50% credit.
 
Thats awesome Johnny, and just remember that I could watch Thunderbolt Videos until the cows come home! If you don't want to post them, at least upload them to Youtube so I can get a gander at them! What I like about the NJMP Vids is that I get to learn the track better in preparation for my eventual Track Day there. So if your riding better, then I am learning better lines around the track as well. So in essence, GET THOSE VIDS UP AND RUNNING!!!! :tup:
