IOMTT 2011 thread!

So the Isle of Man TT has started up for this year and I can't wait! I've already queued up a bunch of pre-race specials and practice has started up already so I should be able to nab that soon too.

If anyone here has not watched the TT before, now's your chance

I'm gutted that I'm not there this year. Last year was fantastic with some of the best weather for the TT in years!

The riders seem to be on the pace pretty quickly this year with 129.7mph laps already after only the second practice. McGuinness had to stop on a lap last night for some adjustments over the mountain and he still managed a 96mph lap :eek5:

Guy Martin's looking good this year, hopefully he'll bag his first win but McGuinness is looking to be back on form again so you can't bet against him.

It's also pretty sad that this year there's already been a double fatality in the sidecars with Bill Currie and Kevin Morgan crashing out in the first practice, fair play to them both though, they died at the ages of 67 and 59 doing what they loved.

Anyone know of a way to watch coverage in the US? I went to ITV's website but the player won't work with internet providers outside the UK.

Apparently you can use expatshield then watch on the ITV UK website.
