That's a good price IMHO. Good solid helmet. 5 years ago had a collision/crash at a track day. I was wearing an RF1100. About the only thing that didn't get hurt was my head(wife claims any further brain damage would be difficult to identify). I replaced it with the same model. Excellent durability and comfort.

I paid a lot more than that for mine. Sounds like a good deal, especially if it has any graphics.

It depends if you have a Shoei head or an Arai head shape. If it fits it's a good helmet, but don't buy it just because of the price.
