How to repair a warped radiator fan.

Hello guy's. I just bought my first FZ1. It's an 06 model & I can't wait to ride it.
Yes, it was wrecked when I got it. Very lightly though. 10mph low side.

Anyway, one of the fan blades was warped due to being still mounted to the crunched radiator. I repaired the mounting bracket & then needed to get the warp out of the fan blade, so I put the plastic blade in the oven at 250 degree's F for about an Hr. When I took it out it was straight as an arrow. The heat let it go back to its original shape. That was a SWEET trick.

That's a nice trick to know. I had always chunked a fan (of a car) when it got warped. I wonder if this would work on a car?
Just curious - what made you think of the oven trick?
 
I was planning on heating it up & then putting some weight on it to flatten it out
but when I pulled it out of the oven it was perfect.
