Hey, age has it's merits though.. quick funny story:
I work with a bunch of 50 something year old teens... these guys are the folks primarily responsible for me finally breaking down and getting a street bike this year BTW...
Anyway .. one of them (who reminds me of a taller, little thiner Paul from OCC right down to the mustach) gets stopped one day doing over a hundred on hiz ZX 1100... The trooper walks up to him and as my buddy pulls off his helmet the trooper starts laughing and says, "Arn't you getting a little old for this sh@t !!!"
He lets him off with a warning!!! If it were me I'd be busted !

Turned 29 last september.
Am wondering one thing. Would the age of the naked riders be lower then the age of the faired riders. Might make a subcategorie for that

47 Dammit.
A few years back I went for a run with a young bloke through the hills.
He was about 15 years younger than me.
I followed him on the first part to our destination and he was so SLOW!
Most of the time I was trying to avoid running into him in corners.
Anyway we get to the destination and he turns to me and tells me I did pretty good for an old bloke 'cos I kept up with him.
On the return journey I went in front. When I got to the end it was about 5 minutes before he caught up.
Pretty good for an old bloke?

This is strongly dependent on region as we don't have the option to buy a naked FZ in the US, so the only naked Fizzers here are the ones that have been converted. Personally, I would choose the half-fairing over fully naked even if I had the option.

How old?
I'm 69 and holding - when you're 69 you gotta hold it, nobody else will do it for you. When and if good friends and family finally convince me that I'm too old to ride, I'm gonna buy an electric start (I'll be too old to kick-start anything) Norton Roadster - black and gold, thank you, and put it in my (hopefully, heated) garage and wax it and start it up every day. I'll put on an Allman Brothers album, listen to Statesboro Blues and have to be forced in at dinner time for my feeding.
