Help!!!

So i refilled my tank yesterday. Rode home fine. Woke up this morning. Bike starts fine, but idling a little rough. Just figured it was a little cold. So now when i take off from a stop it runs really rough(pops, sputters, feels like something is pulling it back) then at about 6000 rpm it takes off and runs fine above 6000. At idle in neutral when i roll on the throttle it seems OK, not perfect but nothing like when it is moving. Any ideas? I have a 2500 mile trip in one week(perfect timing) so any help would be appreciated

It may be just some bad gas. I would run out and get some Seafoam from Pepboys, Autozone, or Walmart and throw in about 5ozs. Let it run for about ten minutes then take it for a spin. Hopefully it's just some dirt or something worked it's way into the system.

Snicker..he said "bad gas" :)
Yup, I'd do the same, love that Seafoam stuff. More then likely thats exactly what it is. If it's still rough check her plugs. Maybe fouled something up.

3rd vote for Seafoam.
I have had quite a bit of bad gas lately( ;) Missy). IDK whats going on but I switched where I was buying gas and it hasn't happened again.
Anyway - Seafoam is just so easy of a fix - I have gotten to where I buy a couple of bottles at a time because I know that I'm eventually going to use it.
