GTYR vs Two brothers

ok the story is i have the GTYR pipe on my bike i have a buddy selling his fz1 that has a two bros he said he would let me swap for free ...is the two bros a better pipe or should i just keep my gtyr might be doing it today speedy feedback is appreciated thanks

I think it really comes down to personal taste and if you prefer the looks and sound of one over the other. Doubt you will find any real performance or durability difference between the two.

I'm happy with my GYTR so far but it is a little loud. I think the TwoBros
has an optional insert to quiet it down. That may be an advantage.

As stated, no real performance boost but yes, the 2Bros has 4 optional tips for making it quiet. I personally like the 2Bros better.

The quieter tips would be the main advantage, but both pipes look good IMHO.

I actually have a TBR (vale m5 carbon) on my '05 and my co worker has the GTYR on his '02, so I've heard them fired up at the same time side by side.

The TBR sounds more rumbly at idle with a deeper note and "roars" at revs while the GTYR sounds more stacatto at idle and tends to be more of a "ripping" sound at high speeds. I prefer the TBR myself.
