Got the maps, suggestion to start with?

Downloaded Duke's maps. Any suggestions on which one to start with?

stock except:
Graves slip-on
airbox mod
ais removed
PCIII
stock flies (as far as I know, I'll have to look when I tear into it) - considering tying them...
keeping O2 and cat

I would try the Stage I or II maps and see how you like them.
