Very good stuff and pretty much exactly what's taught in MSF.
I can add to the 1st one (something not taught in MSF).
If you're approaching an intersection and spot a car possibly about to make a left in front of you (or a car about to occupy your lane.. at intersection or from a driveway), try to weave side to side several times.
Remember, it's a lot easier to see a moving object than a stationary one.
