I'm now in need of the bracket that holds the fairing and headlight... I had a good look at mine and doubt that I will be able to straighten it out enough...

I will for sure! I really need that fairing bracket though. Lining up that headlight just displays how bad mine is bent....

I'm still looking for you bud. I sat the other night and went through every FZ1 listing on Ebay to no avail. There were plenty of front end parts but it seemed as though it was only the "stay" that was missing. I'm assuming that if these parts were from bikes that went down, the fairing stay may just be always bent and no good for sale.

Too bad buddy, but I know how difficult it is to have to wait around for something that may never come up. You'll feel better when you have it in hand and can get the bike back together! Don't forget about the pics.
Did you use Partshark for the bracket?

I used Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse It has the best prices I could find, and their shipping costs are reasonable to Canada.
