SV650 Risers- Use can use them with the stock handlebar set up, Just lowers the bars down. I am not exactly sure how lower it lowers the bars.

I am really interested in the sv650 handlebar holder. Are they in good condition and all parts included?
Also is the pc III in good condition. Anything wrong with it?
