It's a Yamaha accessory in Japan so I doubt it would be easy to find here in the US. I have not seen an aftermarket one like that, but there are a few tail bags out there that attach to the passenger seat.

Right! It will be tough to find here.
Wolftamer taught me a trick. Go into your Ebay and switch to world wide. Or go to Ebay Japan and sign in then search for what you want. You may take a beating on shipping but you may also find what you want.
 
In more recent years it's Black or White for me but Yellow/Black combo has allways been one of my favorites. The Gen 1 Bumble Bee has allways Grabbed me. Here's a shot of my Yellow Maverick taken back in 2003 at Grand Bend Motorplex Ontario..........I lost the race but won the fans.
