fz1 on the track?

People take the fz1 on the track? I don't think I have ever seen one on the track before.

Did a track day at Thunder Hill last year. Put Q2's on it and it was fine EXCEPT for clearance issues on the right side---dragging' the exhaust can HARD! I put different pegs on it and ground 20% of the left peg off, but really had to be carefull on the right side, due to the can. I was running 2:12's with my FZ in stock trim, other then the Q2's. Other then the clearance issues, I had a blast!

The biggest thing I was thinking of was clearance.

The suspension is currently way to bouncy right now for any sort of track work. Im gonna take it to a canyon and push it lol.

I did a track day on my 08 FZ1 I had a lot of fun, as others have said clearance was an issue and I found my stock suspension was too soft.

mines been to the track, with the previous owner. It has high mount exhaust, LSL rear sets, and much more. Unfortunately I was never the track pilot:cry:
